Cloaking A Uav In Flight

Imagine if we could build miniature insect size micro-mechanical apparatus, which might mimic the flight characteristics of insects and fly around just like they can? Is it possible to copy, or even better some 400 million years of evolution in order to built the ultimate spy weapon? Literally becoming a fly on the wall? Well there are a few scientists and researchers working on this today.
The third slot Commercial drones contains many perks that are pretty useful, and just a few good ones. Of these, there are Steady Aim, which gives you a better goal when holding the gun at waist height, Deep Impact, making you bullets penetrate further through walls, and Iron Lung, which enables you to hold your breath for longer when using the sniper rifle.
Who discovered this? Well a hobby pilot and NASA tech man, Michael Allen, found through his hobby of flying radio controlled model gliders and research from UAVs. It makes perfectly good sense.
UAV - a UAV flies in the air above and broadcasts where your enemies are. This is already unlocked and a worthy killstreak to have if you do not usually have a long life.
Then comes the most interesting part - Assassin Perk! If you've got that and your enemy has a UAV, then you have the top hand. Normally your enemies will be running after others that are on their radar. At this time period, they will not be in a position to strike you cause they are already busy. Most likely they will be sprinting or not ready to target, remember this. As an Assassin, you should always be in a concealed enemy's territory when they have UAV activated.
Electrodes could be stuck into the bird and as long as it flies a certain direction it does not UAS get shocked. And a sensor for height prevents it from picking up an excess meal along the way as was the problems with training falcons. A fresh piece of meat was simpler, but once the falcon was liberated and discovered a piece of meat it didn't need to come back for one, so it would keep going.
1 perk leaked is the Recon. This perk practically is defined to exactly what it is. Recon is speculated to permit the user to possibly detect assassins. This perk really would only be helpful for snipers because its hard to assassinate someone walking around with a shotgun or rifle.
But if it were a feature in every aircraft it would save lives and is worthy of consideration. NASA SATS program should look into this also, as they make general aviation safe. Lots of applications for UAV, MAV, UUVs, subs, aviation, space, satellite debris avoidance, automobiles, etc.. The Think Tank believed the concept is great and since the technology is available we will need to get a really good price to implement it? It could even be made to be net-centric for avoidance of moving objects, other cars, aerial photography airplanes, ships; preventing oil spills and autopilot canal and harbor controls?
